Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Until the platform launches on 25 October 2026, this website presents TapVault and the Founding Pass for the first 20 founding partners. The website itself does not collect your personal data. If you buy the Founding Pass, the purchase is handled by Whop (see section 3).

1. Who runs this site

TapVault is run by a private individual based in Lublin, Poland. For any question about your data, write to tapvault.support@gmail.com.

2. What this website collects

Nothing on our side. The site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider (Vercel), whose servers may log technical details such as your IP address when a page is requested. This is needed to show you the page and keep it secure.

3. Buying the Founding Pass

The Founding Pass is sold through Whop. When you buy, Whop processes your payment and personal data under its own privacy policy. We receive the details we need to give you access, such as your name, email address and the plan you bought.

Access to the founders' community runs on Discord. If you connect your Discord account, we see your Discord username and your Founder role. Discord handles your data under its own privacy policy.

4. Why we use this data

We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, or to receive a copy. You can also withdraw any consent you gave. Write to tapvault.support@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You have the right to complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), at uodo.gov.pl.

6. What changes after launch

On 25 October 2026 TapVault opens to venues. This page will then be replaced with a full Privacy Policy that covers the loyalty card platform, guests of venues, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards, and reminders. The date at the top will show the latest version.
